(NYSE: DK) ("Delek") today filed its definitive proxy statement in connection with the Company's 2021 Annual Meeting of Stockholders, which is scheduled to take place on May 6, 2021, at 1:00 p.m., central daylight saving time, and will be held virtually. The Company also mailed a letter to Delek shareholders recommending they vote "FOR" all of the Company's highly qualified directors on the WHITE proxy card or voting instruction form.
